If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

⏳ Returns

You can return any eligible item within 14–30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

  • Socks, underwear, or face coverings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
We offer free exchanges on all regular-priced items (subject to availability).
Simply contact our team before sending your item back, and we’ll guide you through the process.

🚚 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at nestify.business@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or exchange within 3–7 business days.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If you received free shipping, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost.
